The LA County Fair is the worlds most prestigious Olive Oil Competition, and we are extremely proud to have produced oil that has been recognised as some of the best.
386 oils were entered from 19 countries including Italy, France, Spain, Greece,
South Africa, South America and Australia.
New Zealand entered 12 oils, winning 11 golds and 1 silver,
a fantastic result for a country where the Industry is in its infancy.

Te Arai Olive Estate supports Olives New Zealand's CERTIFICATION programme.
This is the National Olive Association who are endeavouring to provide consumers with a
guarantee of quality by screening New Zealand extra virgin olive oils and awarding
certification to those oils which meet their strict criteria for laboratory results and taste,
